Hi, my name is Vicky and I’m the Chief Brownie Maker. I started running The Chocolate Brownie Company in April 2010 from my kitchen in Cardiff and was awarded a Great Taste Award in 2013.

 

I use a very old, traditional family recipe, made with only the finest quality, locally sourced products, that has been adapted and modernised for 21st Century tastebuds. I now offer over 30 gourmet flavours to suit all diets and cravings. Choose from the super crunchy Nutella Blondie to the decadently gooey salted caramel and peanut swirl or the tastiest, most mind blowing family favourite rocky road to the heavenly billionaire, to name just a few. My award-winning brownies are not only seriously tasty, they are highly addictive so much so that I challenge you to eat just one at a time and not gobble a whole box in one go!

 

Over the past decade you may have sampled my delicious bite-sized brownies at food festivals across South Wales or in the cafes and retail outlets that I supply, however, given the difficulties of 2020 I realised it was time to provide my customers and chocolate brownie lovers with an online platform to get their hands on my scrumptious brownies, whenever they desire. 

 

You can order one of my bespoke brownie tray bakes for a celebration or party or you can order a pick n mix box containing six to 12 brownies and they will be delivered directly to your door. I can offer vegan and gluten free varieties to cater for people with food intolerances or can take bespoke orders to cater for any other specific dietary requirements.
