Delivery

Please note orders posted Royal Mail first class are taking longer due to COVID. So if you need your brownies ASAP please select special delivery method at Checkout.

Pick and Mix

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Bespoke Orders

All bespoke orders will take longer than Pick and Mix boxes. All trays will be dispatched as soon as possible, which will usually be between 2-3 business days.

Special Delivery

Special will be next day delivery. Do not confuse this with dispatch dates. Please allow up to 24 hours for Pick and Mix orders to be dispatched, and 48 hours for Trays to be dispatched.

*If you need your order to arrive on a specific date please choose special delivery at checkout, and let me know what date you would like the delivery to arrive by adding a note before Checkout.

If you would like to collect your order contactlessly from: Chestnuts, Cardiff Road, Creigiau, Cardiff, CF159NL - please select Click & Collect at Checkout.

Ordering

Please ensure address information is entered correctly as we cannot be made responsible for any errors.

Pick and Mix boxes are limited to 6-12 brownies per order. Any orders that exceed or be less than this total will not be accepted. If an order has not been accepted, but payment has gone through, I will be in contact to offer either a refund or an amendment to your order where necessary.

Ingredients & Allergens

All brownies/blondies are baked in a kitchen that uses nuts and peanuts, whilst measures are in place to keep ingredients separate, they may contain traces of nuts or peanuts.

All allergen information should be found with each product. If unable to find, please look at the wanted flavour on the Pick and Mix page.
